I was joined as a marketing executive in Aquant but in 3-4 days they have switched me to their parent company name Involgia. When I asked for the offer letter of the new company they always have a reason today, no tomorrow, no next week etc. I have asked for more than 12 times but they have no dignity to give me my offer letter(unprofessional). Then one day my marketing head asked what are you asking I said I went to hr for my offer letter. She said I have got mine already. So i understood there is a politics going in the office and they are not interested in giving me my offer. So i mailed and resigned from the company stating my offer letter problem and job role problem. They are so childish instead of giving acceptance on my resignation mail, they are removing me from all the groups. The guy who is a so called boss( gave instructions to the marketing head to remove me from the group). Immature!

Dislikes

Politics, plus treating employees as if they are nothing. If the guy will do such practice surely the company will be a loss in the coming future(Involgia)
