Company have bad culture, managers and incharge loots the company money at site provided to them and due to this juniors are suffered . And if perform better than incharge or manager u are not appreciated and ur job is under attack by them.so beware

Good Working culture, Freedom. Of working, enormous learning opportunities. Good culture, management is really open minded for implementating a good culture within office and team.

Dislikes

HR policies are rigid, stubborn. Conventional way of dealing with people, very rigid in giving the appraisal and promotion. They don't change people designation even after working for a decade. Office timings and strict.

Likes

It's very good organization that's why I'm working in last 5 years . Provide good facilities ( accomodation, fooding allowance, travelling allowance etc), always trying improvisation , Supporting office staff etc.

Not providing accomodation for family person

If your reporting manager is Marketing head, then you will be in a sorry state. He will call you even at night, that too late at night, 11:00 PM to get update. If you are posted to a new city, he won’t care if you have a roof over your head or not. His Emotional Quotient is very low and his self centredness is very high. The technical director is a nice person, count your blessings if you get to report directly to the Technical Director. The colleagues there were good and sociable.

They need more people centric atmosphere.
