Work culture is excellent resulting harmonious IR & Industrial peace. Produce the products of very high quality. Managers/employees are devoted and dedicated towards achieving their assigned targets. All the directors are highly qualified and experienced in their domain & devote full time to the esteemed organization. All labour laws are fully implemented to protect the interests of the concerned. Job security is provided but Strict discipline is maintained.

As we know that change is a law of nature, therefore few habitual workers may realise now that they must change the habit of absenteeism, chewing tobacco etc. However the future of the Co.and it's stakeholders is very bright.

Needs more involvement from superiors from head office. As we are working in a state which is developing and there is lot of opportunities to outline that we could work out more with little more help. Rest okay

I cannot see any negative points from my senior management. But little bit politics is there in mid- junior level.
