Manager doesn't recognise your work Wrong feedbacks to senior management No pro proper performance management No proper plant to achieve organisation objective No flexibility of work Managers having 5 days work but below mangers need to work for 6 days a week

Not like from last two years.. Culture is totally changed.. No motivation...

Dislikes

No employee satisfaction... No increments on time.... No proper KPI monitoring and it's managed with boss. Only middle level employees doing work individual no guidance form manager... HR is playing bad role instead of motivation.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
