- Biased - No Work Life Balance - No respect of your work - Keep scolding you whether you have completed your work - Favouritism - Higher authority misuse their power - Nothing to learn here - Using their own Tools - In the name of flexibility you have to work on Saturday, Sunday sometimes and most of the time when you logged off on Weekdays still you have to work after log out. - TL demotive in every moment that he feels he needs to satisfy his ego- mentioning words like - You are not worth for this company, You are wasting your time, Your behaviour is getting changed, and so on. - Most important point- If you want to shift from this organisation to another then don't expect higher salary from other organisation because they will give you competitive salary to meet your expectations but when you want to shift you can't even get the salary close to the CTC. See I have N number of reasons to mention.

The HR team is an asset to Aptroid because they conduct a lot of fun & Refreshment activities You will feel safe in Aptroid no need to fear about the job As it is entirely into night shifts one side transportation they will provide No need to carry lunch boxes to the office they will provide

Dislikes

Terrible Night shifts Rotational shifts from the evening (4 P.M to 2 A.M,8 P.M to 6 A.M..) 10 hrs of hectic work Rotational week offs sometimes you have to work straight 10 days or 14 days .. You can't grow 2 years of bond lot of politics There is "No space for learning." Some team leads don't even know what they do if you need money or you want a job immediately, then only join otherwise a big NO.................
