Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Managerial and administrative team is good. HR is good. Overall atmosphere by the employees is great. CTO is very brilliant person and enthusiast to introduce new tech and knowledge into the employees. Project managers were cooperative.

Dislikes

Reporting manager was mentally sick. And this issue was not controlled by the CEO, which shows that CEO was inefficient in this matter. CEO is moody and ambitious and was not able to secure the projects so can't guarantee job security. Not much to learn new. Late client meetings were the part of most days.

NOTHING TO LIKE REGARDING THIS ORGANISATION

Dislikes

Dislikes are many, starting from head of the organisation ie CEO. CEO acts as a goon in organisation, not a etiquettes to speak to someone. Uses bad words for anyone infront of everyone., Don't even have sense that feedback is always given in the meeting room and appreciation is done infront of everyone. Pathetic organisation to work with, working here is waste of time.

A steadily growing company in terms of Employee Strength and reputation. Great place to work and supportive management. Very safe and supportive for female staff. Open to change and improvements. Suggestions are considered and constructive criticism is boldly accepted. I had worked here for 2 and a half year and have rejoined now after working outside for a year.
