The work Culture is Extremely good in aptiv ,we have a World class Faculties in Aptiv and also there is Scope for Learning New things ,its a place you get Motivation to work and enhance your Skills ,People in Aptiv they are Realy good and Supportive they make you feel comfortable.

The Concern is the Salary part if they revise that it would have been good .

Nothing they just give better compensation to peers and it's fixed.

Dislikes

No Work life balance if you are in Mahindra project most of the people in Mahindra project only. Pathetic work condition. Managers keep on tracking you calling you even in night at 11-12. They share your number with Customer and this nonsense Mahindra PPL will also call u chase you anytime in day, night, weekend. Very bad work and culture. Managers don't know how to talk they just try to throw work at you without listening to issues. Infrastructure is bad, location in Whitefield where nearby flats too costly.

1. Compensation is not that good. 2. Hectic work in many project teams,you need to work on weekends as well.

From last couple of years annual increment has got reduced. Less number of onsite opportunities

Job security, Their Compensation like Meal voucher, Petrol bill, uniform bills for tax saving is really good.

Dislikes

Company is specific region oriented if you belong to that place you can blindly join this company because you will get 20 to 21% hike and onsite opportunity even if you are not capable. And you will have work life balance because other people will do your work. And also 100% work from home for that specific region people. I have no issue with that region people even some of them are my good friends but when manager does the partiality for hike and onsite opportunity then you will feel left-out. Like you forced to work from office even in pandemic and they can enjoy 2 years work from Home.
