HR Policy - No flexiblity. Micromanagement. Sr Management does not trust there employees, treat very badly since last 1 year on Teams call. They treat extremely bad, and humiliate you in front other departments also, just to show that they are superior. Sr Management is only making money, and earning profits, while the middle and lower management are being tortured. Company Sr management looks clueless, as they do not have any future strategy for survival, and for increasing revenue. Creating pressure in employees, is actually leading to downfall in business, as there is no motivation, neither in terms of rewards nor recognition. No work life balance, even on leave they ask to attend calls and give update. Its no more an education company, its basically a company which is only focussing on sales, and income. Ruthless behaviour and unprofessional work ethics, there has been no appraisal since 1 year.

i like everything in the company but at the time of corona suddenly they called me and told me to resign the company and at that time am also suffering from financial condition and after resigning i called many times to the hr but she didnt respond my calls msges and my mails and when she want my resignation she called me so many times this is the reason of my disliking

I had worked with aptech before last 2.5 years ago for 2 year approx Aptech computer academy was in indore dewas naka, i started my career with aptech Two type of prodect there Aptech computer academy Aptech aviation academy My overall experience is good there Now i want to connect with the good brand like aptech

...y team members are not good there And the technical director is not good also I left aptech because of some salary issues

Management hierarchy is just worst and center people thought process...More interested to interrupt in personal life...rather than motivating towards work.. No proper technical training to counsellors. Only sales is important. There's no scope for growth.

Very bad place to work. So strict and Workloads cant be achieved even we do over time. Dont even get time to Drink Water.

NO Salary, WE WANT TO WORK FOR 2-3 MONTHS TO GET FIRST SALARY, Very bad Work Culture!!
