Lots of politex, not training for freshes, managers and team leaders secure their Roles and blame their teams, no proper support, I suggest no to join in ApTask, because there is no job security. No training, no proper support for freshes. Need to work on week ends also no holidays

It gives proper time to learn and grow together. Also offers various learning and motivational program to its employees.

Targets are sometimes hard to achieve. But company never force or pressurize a lot.

The job are not secure over there. They don't have proper set up no team leaders no managers no trainers . Work culture is not good over there company pays on time but you never get incentives they show u banana n give lolipop

Management, senior management, ask to leave for no reason and later v.p and hire management if u go to ask them reason they will not answer your calls
