salary very low. Company policy not followed by management. Saturday off they don't provide as it is company policy. No bonus, increment is very bad not care for employees. No one listens to you. Upper manager and TL behaviour is not good.

...r here but its a service based company and people don't get much appraisal here. But its best for freshers to gain experience and have fixed decent salary.

Retention rate is high due to low appraisal and not much growth. I suggest to work here for 1.5-2 years max and get a good jump.

Don't expect promotion as well as salary hike . Never join aptara there is no growth in financial and personal skill . I saw that people have working since 10 years and there salary is around 25 .

Terrible experience no growth no benefit no learning no compensation no increment from the last 3 year still now. Even they target the candidate on personal basis I am victimised and harrassed here. No one care just torture by giving instruction do 15 hrs a day for company with no Over time and no night allowance. Terrible

Too much pressure , no fixed targets, very less salary, they will promise you to increase your salary if you perform well, but will never do that , some people working since 5 years did not get any increment. No skill and personality development opportunities. No social life, no job security. Very bad to work here.
