Trainings, salary upraisals, politics and innovation are some factors I heard are not satisfactory.

Our work is depends on projects that we get from US, CANADA & UK based client. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that is full of efficient people.

There are up-to-date many time salary increase allow to speak. manager are not respond salary increased yearly base not good.for example 2,3 year waiting increased. Job culture disappointed they have work load to load. So that ?
