I spent about 1.5 years at Aptara Company. And I have neither learned nor explored my skills. Pros: Salary only on time every month. Cons: 2. Before joining HR will tell that working time is 9 hours from Monday to Friday. Once you join the company, you will have to work 9:30 hours from Monday to Friday. 1.No skill development, no learning new techniques. 2. Sit on a chair for 9:30 hours 3. No Apraisal in the year 4.Restricted browser is troublesome for studies. 5. If you go to ask any questions from other department , they will not answer properly 6. Once you enter the company at 10 am. You will not go out. Therefore you will go out only at 2 pm. like a prison 7. There is no security for your property if someone steals. 8. Company holiday will be extended to the working day which is working on Saturday. So no holidays, work 5 days and get benefits Overall bad experience with this company

...frastructure to accommodate employees because of which employees have to suffer. Immense work load, people are forced to sacrifice their week offs and work even on holidays without any proper compensation.

Likes

The company maintains a good work-life balance and follows a 5-day working policy. If an employee works on a Saturday, they can take a day off during the week at their convenience.

Dislikes

...mployees performing the same job roles, with differences reaching up to ₹15,000. Additionally, there has been no appraisal or salary hike for the past four years. This has been quite disappointing.

Manager is cool: no vain pressures imposition, polite communication, responsiveness to queries Workload is moderate: when it occasionally comes above moderate, manager is ready to lighten the load Editorial department is well-managed in WFH mode Leave taking for good reasons is never a difficult issue Salary comes before the end of the month

...preciation. And there was no learning or growth from there just work blindly. Also salary was on time always.

There is politics. If you are good at people pleasing and want some company to be there short term then it is right for you. Politics is everywhere and i am an introvert person so i thought I will get through this but there are no benefits as well. Every holiday we were asked to work and in return either comp off or incentive will be given. If anyone else is on leave then everyone has to bare the consequences. Every weekend it's was a struggle as they had lots of work but less people so we have to work on weekends. But then also appraisal is mere 1000 rupees. No bonus. No diwali bonus. All we could get was a mere sweets pack. This is not fair alteast pay them more or not pressurize them to work on weekends.
