About Job security, I am working since 2005 not yet been regularized. About work culture, Good culture is being maintained. About Management, changes will be done for every three years. Everything is doing good in all aspects. APSWC is established according to Warehousing Corporation act, 1958 and all the policies and procedures have been defined.

Luckily I have worked with good teammates. Periodical trainings have been conducted. Yearly Performance reward will be awarded to all the employees. Chance to give innovative thoughts

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
