Working culture is very good, you will enjoy a lot with your work if it is your first company or second company and so on.. being a first company you will learn a lot here. Staff members are very helpful they will understand you a lot. Overall its a great experience if you will work here.

At salary point its not good, if your fresher and working here after sometime you gain some experience but work from home is not is an option for there after getting experience.

salary. your compensation would be low, and the mgmt. would exploit you. if you try and negotiate your salary, you would be asked to accept it as it is or leave. no leave on public holidays.

Job Security 0%. Bad politics. No vision for future. Upper management quit good. All work is imposed by one person Working culture not good. Stressful They need Multi tasking person- Data entry + data Analyst+ Analytics+charting Etc....

Good if working for Mckinsey like food and cab facilities are good. Work culture in Mckinsey is quite good.

Dislikes

Lack of communication between Apsi data solutions and the client. Leave policy : At the time of joining it is said that we have 40 leaves including all but when you join its only 12 and 25 are earned leaves which are given after 1 year. You are forced to apply 4 leaves in the end of the year from your quota, which are supposed to be center shutdown. The internal awards which are given are random and biased.

In Apsidata solutions teammates are very helpful and my managers are very good supporting and encouraging always for good opportunities. Appraisals are very good. Good working environment. I learned a lot in this organization.
