Not allowed work from home, need Allowing work from home boosts productivity and employee satisfaction greatly.

Salary cycle is fixed you will get paid on time. There is no delay in salary.

No proper management is there HR is not helpful if you ask for HR help she will not give proper response. Some senior level employees take wfh whenever they want. If you ask for wfh then you have option to come to office or take leave. Moreover its a school where you get abuse only whereever you go
