It's a wonderful organization for a young professional to work and gain good knowledge and have good exposure to technology.

Dislikes

To be precise it is not a dislike but an area of improvement, out of interest and motivation people keep working for hours out of their own interest but in years when they realise what they have missed it leaves behind a sad memory in them. Work life balance should be little better than what it is now so that all those passionate innovators can have good life and excel in their professional life without missing anything personal.
