He listens to all of his employees. I you are stuck somewhere in your work then He pulls you out from there himself :)

I Joined Appsums technologies in "June-2021". The company is a great place to work. I had many opportunities to learn. Good team and awesome teamwork. Most of the people on the team are very supportive. We have a friendly environment and we can enjoy it once you complete your work.

Awesome environment and work culture ...challenging work and big projects. Learning perspective, there are a lot many new things for any level of experience candidate...those who are willing to get challenges on every step do join Appsums.

There shouldn't be more flexibility at all level, bring some organization perspective rules as of now I feel everyone is friendly and totally an open culture.
