You have to contact them multiple times to release your salary. There is no growth opportunity, and they force you to copy and paste code from old modules instead of allowing you to create something new. Junior developers receive a 40% salary hike but are unwilling to offer a 10% hike to senior developers. The company only has one developer for the backend, one for the frontend, and two for mobile development. You have to work on your own, with no guidance or direction on how to proceed, and there is no methodology followed in the development process. Once a project is 70% complete, they will assign you to a new project, without delivering the current project fully. Lastly, you have to remind them of your salary every month, as if you were a slave.

Bonus given in this company always be hidden. The performance basis bonus should be given to the employee in the presence of the other employee but in Appsinvo bonus cannot disclosed to other employee.
