... with "gallis", Very experienced people leave, and he does nothing to stop them. Salary is a joke. It's filled with all freshies who have no clue what to do. As a result, app development suffers. Rahul is very scared and almost paranoid about his sales, as if the employees will steal his customer's information and sell it to his competitors. so he employs dull uninspired people to do the work of sales. Customers frequently demand refunds and none of the apps work. I strongly advise anyone never to take up work as it will result in complete frustration for you. Look elsewhere.

...anything here if you joined as a fresher, it's just a waste of time and effort. For experienced job seekers, I suggest you do not join this company even if they offered you enough pay. If you don't have a choice join it and try to kick the bucket again within a year and a half. I know there are some people still working here from the start of their careers because they are brainless bees they just get caught in the trap laid by the founder. If you ever face those guys kick them in their bottom brains maybe they will get realized.

...worst and der is not hike and no appreciation, you hv to work all the time even in the festival and don't expect the salary or any compensation, and the HR is literally terrible the worst company , plz don't go for it

Everything is to dislike. Specially work life balance. Check in time is fixed but check out time is flexible. You can checkout anytime after 7pm. Sometimes it's 7pm sometimes 9pm sometimes 12am and sometimes you have to work till 4-5 am in the morning. Weekends are very special in this company like every client wants to go to production on weekends even client's production server always go down on weekends so that are special is you have to work on weekends also holidays are very special in this company so from lots of festivals you have to take optional leaves on holiday that too for 3-4 festivals only and on rest of other festivals you have to work since you only get optional holidays on festivals and not compulsory holidays

Promotions and appraisal are good if and only if you are contact with the companies boss, good learning opportunities if and only if you are in contact with companies boss.

Dislikes

0 work satisfaction, no office leave timings. need to work 12 hours or more if deliverables are near. POC's can call you anytime if you dont pick up. rahul will call you and you need to work without looking at time
