Succession planning in place During the Covid situation company has been very stable. Salaries were paid on time, no employee was expelled rather many got decent increment, got good projects during 2021. Very important no politics. Recently soft skill training, skill set and leadership trainings are imparted that is a good practice.

Dislikes

Leaves could have been more. While work from home or hybrid model of working it's decent. Nothing much but surely there are some areas of improvement that definitely company will improve in future.

I have worked for 2 years in this organisation. 1. Salary is on time. 2. Job Security is there. 3. No office politics.

1. Inappropriate office timings. 2. Calling and asking employees to work on weekends. 3. Career growth is slow. 4. Learning scope is not so good.

Appsbee is a very reputed company specially known for supportive leaders, very good quality of projects helps to play with latest technologies, Top level management are really friendly and supportive, feel within office like you are in a family Yes,appsbee family, timing not matters just need to complete deliverable by time, on time salary, timely increment based on growth and performance, knowledgeable co-workers sits and discuss to solve challenging problems, Outdoor and indoor games like cricket, football, carrom, chess etc helps their team to be focused on their work.

Sometimes floor is noisy then its difficult to concentrate on work. There must be some hierarchy

I had a terrific experience while working at Appsbee. They can call you in any holiday to work. The management were too unprofessional and unskilled.
