...when you approach them for resignation, there won't be any smooth communication. If you resign, notice period is 3 months and don't expect any salary during that time. I still know couple of ex employees going to office for relieving letter, they will make them sit outside for whole day and at the end if the day will say please come some other time the person is very busy... Now the choice is yours...

LACK OF WORK LIFE BALANCE - The workload and expectations often extend beyond normal working hours, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. JOB INSECURITY- There is a noticeable pattern of frequent recruitment followed by abrupt terminations, leading to a constant sense of instability among employees. TOXIC LEADERSHIP PRACTICES- If certain senior individuals ( especially one referred to internally as S3) personally dislike someone, it can significantly impact that employees to continue working comfortably. UNPROFESSIONAL EXIT TACTS- Instead of issuing formal terminations, employees are often subjected to a toxic atmosphere tat indirectly forces them to resign on their own.

The wait for the interview is long (At the initial stage) Once selected the process is smooth
