Manager only thinking about their promotion and salary, Ankit, Anil & Anuj making company owner fool, they are only working their promotion not thinking about company future, due to their bad management many deserve people left the organisation, they make a good company to BPO, if these people works in this company for next 2 years this company they will be make a lose making company form profit, Don't know why these people are giving all work to other companies, someone told me that they are taking commission from the 3rd party that's why they are moving all business to outsourcing,.

coworkers are nice. everything else is not.

everything. - Low pay but still expects you to take on more and more responsibilities and work. most of the cx team has a second job this is very embarrassing for the company - no respect for staff or people who actually do the work and talk to customers - sales blames everything on cx but doesn't cooperate with them or communicate - 1 cx manager/director makes every decisions and they are always wrong. process changes almost every week which is confusing and makes it slow and customers unhappy - no feedback from managers that barely make more than you and have never managed anyone or gotten training - no promotions for anyone they expect your team to take on more responsibility instead of promoting someone and paying more - always saying that the mission is the most important thing for us but we cant pay rent with it - they use to have free lunches and free vending machines but then they made everyone in driving distance to the office come back 1 day a week they got rid of it so now there are just some random snacks from the grocery store. - parking is $20 - everyone is very unhappy and burned out. there is no moral and the CEO sends a 'monday motivation' message every week which doesn't solve actual problems and complaints

Think twice before Joining 1-The organization is biased, with favoritism and internal politics at their peak 2-Job security is a major concern here, No matter how good you perform or how hard-working you are if you are not in the good books of the CANADA Team then your efforts won't matter 3-Layoffs are frequent with employees often hearing excuses like "We are restructuring, we will have to let you go " 4-Lack of fairness, transparency and recognition.

Immature and Incompetent HR Leader. Racism is on top on the name of cost cutting people removed from India and retails non relevant experience in Canada. HR leader visited India and held One on one including her faivrot in each India team member catch up.
