In south zone like andhrapradesh,Tamilnadu,Kerala and Karnataka locations the work was so high and also have spend more from ourselves then after 60 days they will give half of the money and also main thing is have to work all days they calculate the the salary Sunday if Sunday was no work means no salary the policy was very worst in the company and also even maneger and other higher officials are can't understand English very poor management ever seen any industry be careful of new joiners before interview they said we will give work in u r native place but after joining they put pressure to travel long distance like Pune , Bihar, before joining to the think one billion times because u have to spend minimum of 50k per month iam also facing same problem that's why iam leaving the company with 30k loss please think moreee don't fall that company fake traps. Even work knowledge of employee are very poor main the manager and Noc are worst.

The manager and management is very funny because of they don't know English but they are took interview for joining and they doing more fake promises of work and salary.this job suitable for who is no need to spend time with family those people only work on Sunday those people gets full salary otherwise u don't get full salary.the salary was only 12k with full month working days.only north people gets advantage the give leaves on Sunday but south people will work on all days.

Company Is good in corporate lable, not for field people, although companies total revenue generate from field.

Here in field employees are suffering for salary, salary is very low and work load is very high.

Nothing is to like in R&D and manufacturing department, Other department has all saturday off, but in this department promise before join 2nd saturday and 4 th saturday off, but later day cancel all Saturday, make R&D team as a production team, but budget is still like R&D work behave, But there is no facility, No festival celebration greeting, no birthday parties, after completion any project no appreciation, there is growth of only two person, top senior head and his assistant. never be a part of R&D department.

...unate for R&D department is not provide, everything is to pay your own pocket . your salary is not hike even 5 perecnt next year, whereas you do work in weekend off days, IN R&D depart forget your personal life and happiness, whatever a bad rule add on your head by taking put name of HR policy department..

The people of that organisation is really good and friendly.

... balance doesn't exist here for a NOC engineer, even we had to work on weekends. Salary is very low and as a NOC engineer there is no future in this organisation.

Only salary comes on time. Can get genuine leave.

Dislikes

No process at all, even no one gets salary slip every month. If you need your salary slip you have to take followup for 5-6 day after requesting on mail. There is no scheduled time to process expenses to field team.
