Great place to learn and grow. I have felt that people here treat each other with a lot of respect and care. People notice and appreciate even small things and managers are super cool and friendly. We can't see the normal office politics here.

Dislikes

I sometimes feel that the company is a bit understaffed. So sometimes workload is more, but no one pressurizes you to complete, and you have the freedom to tell a no. I tend to extend my working hours.

Great place to work specially for freshers and associate level people. Very supportive leaders and management team.

Dislikes

Sometimes the job is not guarantee for us, if we lost our focus from the line of their expectations, we have to sacrifice out job.

The people are energetic and supportive to each other l, even if there are groups and stupidest politics, people are ok to work with.

Dislikes

No motivation support, no recognition, no proper appraisal. Poor managenent, no proper equipments to work with, Everything is decided by Hr people. No hybrid option.

If you want a career in SAP, then Applexus Technologies is the best organization. No Micro Management.

Dislikes

Focused on SAP products and services, other supporting departments are not well appreciated for the work.

It is one of the best companies I have worked with with amazing people, zero politics and getting appreciation at every level. One of the best experience I have received in my carrier working with Applexus.

Dislikes

The only thing is that payscale is low, but it is compromised with good work life balance and best team leads. Also, they would sometimes ask you to work in multiple projects.
