Salary & Growth (You will not promoted for years and they make promises to increases salary annually but they don't so) and only people who do chaaplusi gets growth

The only perk is taking leaves if you make good with your department head

There is no security, no salaries for more than two months, no increments in salary for straight two years, always find a way to demoralise you and keep saying we will build a case against you if you leave.

The worst culture they trust one idiot who is not capable to do anything, they want only senseless talk instead of working

MD(zero knowledge about BMU and no technical thinking will go and sit in front of the client with flight driving knowledge he thinks he knows everything deduction of salaries) is the worst they are forced to give ratings everywhere for business and unsafe systems they are supplying which are failures by senior people which is not acceptable to clients and onsite engineers, they show salary CTC different and we will receive different please be careful that to twice we will receive a salary in month 50-50 like biscuits

This is good company if you want to learn more technology and skills in your field. This company give you project according to your field area also give you instructions how too work with this project. And the environment is friendly.

Dislikes

Some senior will pull your leg but you need to be focus if you have dare to take this as challenge than definitely come in this company. Every company have positive and negative things. So neglect this things and focus your career.
