Pathetic Experience, I'll not suggest anyone to join Appasamy Associates.

...and his team -manager never appreciate anyone's efforts he questioning all the time saying like "you are getting free salary & expenses" - so much personal attacks/questioning by manager in meeting in front 10-15 colleagues

You can learn and gain knowledge about the domain you are working in. It's the best place for freshers to work a year and gain knowledge.

Dislikes

...here is not advisable for your career. You won't get proper recognition or hike. The salary package what the company overs is too low. And don't expect increment according to your talent or position.

Career growth is good for fresher. 2 Bonus. No work pressure.

Dislikes

6 days(Monday to Saturday) working day no government holiday except the Diwali and Pongal. Monthly 1 casual leaves(only casual leaves are there). Office time 9.00 am to 5.30pm. No time adjustment for office timing(example 10mins late).

...g and cafeteria arcade for chilling to provide the best relexation to the staff.The company policys are good,If we talk about the appraisals are fairly they provide handsome salary hike and bonus eyery years to each of the staff.

Not much but some little bit issue should generate but now this time all the things comes in approite way .I like to work on the Appasamy Associates culture.

Good work environment like home.No pressure job...really very comfortable.

salary was very very low compared to other companies.I ncentives,increment are rarely given........ if you want to learn the work experience it was very good.But don't stay long.........
