Liked almost NOTHING about my 2 years+ stint there, the surrounding area is good though, so if one wants to stretch their legs during lunch, there are lots of great places to eat nearby.

Dislikes

...s a lot of work (most of it menial), much follow up and low work-life balance. - Pay is also not that great. - Training for new joinees is not decent. - No culture, no activities, just work and work like cogs in a wheel.

work life balance overload of work . Capacity planning can be better. We mostly stretch to complete work. Growth is good in business and finance teams only.

Very Good Company Which Follows Amazon's Day 1 culture in all the aspects.

Recently Hired Managers Are Completely changing the Appario's working environment and its beauty, People who use to sell credit cards and offerings loans are now part of this beautiful e-commerce organisation due to which they are bringing all bloody sales culture in this e-commerce industry. Those who don't even know how to use Excel and it's basics are earning crores in this company. My kind request to HR Team is to fire such managers and let associates to work on their own way as leadership team suggest.

Hell lot of meetings, no work life balance, no proper guidance for freshers, leadership team is not at all bothered about the team( not all). Worst place ever for the freshers to join.

Security of job , fair control over your work

Dislikes

Repetitive work, you begin to do things in silos sometimes. Your not connected to lot of teams, learning is not very rich...you have to make a lot of extra efforts.
