Poor pay and more work.. staff would be asked to do house Keepers job if the sale is low.. forget perks and incentives..job security depends on how you keep the Country Manager Happy

I work in Appeal 8 year and my stay in the company was good in terms of salary benefits culture's all staff were equal in terms of culture working environment was good traveling too long live Appeal the company which bought me to this beautiful nation of UAE 🇦🇪 my second home

The split schedule and the main office was far you heard to take appointment to visit or have access to your passport was really hard only

Politics and nobody supports you when you are fighting for your rights during work, people who don't no how to do SOP's they are becoming managers, management failed in this, there is no respect even if you are senior, who is backbiting and gossips with manager they Wil become Assistant managers, and there is no salary increment

Everything, they not increased salary in India. For Ahmedabad employees they just treated as job worker. Working is very bad from past 4-5 years books of accounts are terrible. Mostly in uae accounts.
