Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Avoid joining this company, whether on a part-time or full-time basis. Your time and efforts will be waste as they do not offer compensation for your work. Their conduct is highly unprofessional; They will assign you task and once you complete your work, they become non-responsive when it's time for payment, ignoring calls, and the office address listed on Google Maps is inaccurate, making it impossible to visit. Such treatment is unjust and should not be inflicted on anyone.
