If I am talking about RA department, there is nothing like RA , worst culture and horrible ppl . Some HR policies Are good, no sat off, no welfare activity .

Very good entrace and surrounding of Plant w.r.t. gardening, Product knowledge, Working culture and good coordination with other supported department, medical allowance also applicable from this year, capacity enhancement by using new largest capacity equipment is major required at SVAPI manufacturing facilities to manage and maintain the facilities with bigger batch size, also clear and transpiration communication with plant head and subcordinate. Standard operating procedures of the Quality Assurance department shall be revised to avoid the unnesssary attachment reference copies and save the trees, also avoid the wastage of pages and unnesssary attachment, which are applicable as a supported documents. Dedicated house keeping persons shall be provide to the each department to maintain the facilities.

To joining apothecon you dont need any talent , they just won't number of people for some month ...if you want a practical training in any department you can join apothecon this is not a place to get good work experience or any knowledge enhancement .

Bhavin parmar is cheat with employees. Senior Management never support qualify person they always support their local uneducated guys , in Hr department senior employe even cant work bcoz of bhavin parmar

They keep sanitizing every area, they keep full body sanitizer shower in the entrance of the company's main gate. Means they sanitize your body before entering the office and before leaving the office, they sanitize your body again
