Salary hike in apotex is very minimum and also rarely promotions happen here. Too much Favouritism. Skill development is also limited at apotex. From last two years work culture has changed very drastically and apotex has become like some CRO.

Likes

5-day working. Less work pressure. Good compensation and minimum 10 to 12% increments. Other benefits such as group Mediclaim, canteen, transport allowances are out of CTC which is a good part.

Dislikes

If you are close to management, you can grow like anything in your salary and career growth. The stake holders of the company have less hold on this Indian business unit and hence nobody questions much the management here and of course the management actions are towards the growth of business but towards their personal growth.

Salary on time, Good facility, infrastructure, Cab facility, 5 days working.

Dislikes

Management, treating employees different union people's different. Employees no benefit. Managers and union people only enjoying.

It used to be a very good company, after taking over by SK Capital Management behaves as if Loyal Employees are burden for them.Managers are Non Deserving.Roaming around giving lectures without any work.Fully Partial Management towards Union and Local People.No one enjoys working except Managers and Union people.

Food and transport facility is so nice. Ontime salary, increment. The company is ready to innovation and adopt new technology to meet regulatory expectations. The most good thing is work life balance with very minimal stress.

Dislikes

As far as career growth is concerned, some old employees don't facilitate you to move forward. They only think about themselves and don't bother about their subordinates. They will give false commitment during appraisal.
