Nothing much except good patient exposure

Dislikes

Almost everything. Pathetic experience to work here. Pay is very less .No appraisals,no hikes, no yearly bonus.No employee benefits,no health insurance. surprisingly there is no maternity leave policy also . Doctors are fired for taking maternity leave.No job security. Worst micro management ,they just pressure you to reach the target instead of focussing on the actual problems.Managers are biased and are least bothered about the Apollo clinics rather busy with their personal clinics.

Some special friends I made in the management... those people help me a lot in working with challenges... thankyou for that...

Dislikes

Being question in dignity I face more challenges in the management then any one... being from north India feel very low as if any mistakes happen all will fall in my pocket only more over converting a patient handling the patient through out the treatment and getting salary like others it's not worth it... I always blamed for everything no matter what... if it continues need to thinking of changing... my dignity is more imp then anything else coz except salary I never asked for anything but I always blamed and never got an appreciation from any where...

Full family time, expenses, TA DA, holiday. All r awesome.. u feel like working in a government sector..

Dislikes

The skills play a very vital role for overall development of a person and working with this company, I doesn't feel any kind of skill development in myself and opportunities of the job in same segment are very less..
