Hr policies and benefits not covered under shared service. Most pathetic work culture hr process manual. Nothing to grow in apollo tyres centre of excellence.

...ve and the management is transparent . But not supporting in COVID-19 lockdown .they are firing me and not give the salary after March.

When I was working there nothing is dislike. Everything is going OK. But in lockdown they are not supporting and not give salary after March.

Company's work policies not aligned with practicals. Salary and other welfare is extremely good but worklife balance not there in mid level.

Dislikes

Work life balance and worker oriented culture is not good. Mainly no job segregation in hierarchy. All doing mostly same jobs in same hierarchy. Manager grade also work like supervisor due to work culture which has to be changed sooner. No latest trends training.

Good culture, team work, good support good opportunity to develop skills, salary good, If u got home location, then no worry about anything..otherwise felts hard . Work pressure too high, due to survive as market leader. I like this company emotionally Bec I learned Lott, company helpful to growth my carrier.

Too much pressure and need to do all other work too. Nothing else to say..

Apollo tyres is my first platform to learn more about many things like safety systems and standards . And extra circular activities like sports and pongal celebration.

There is no improvement in package and job position.
