Everything. Specially salary system and the people in higher authorities. They'll tell you 15000 while joining and give you 12K. They will tell you notice period is 1month if you want to resign but then they'll block your number if you say you want to resign. Even after 1month you go to the main office every day to talk to them they'll make you wait till 7pm then here and there you will have to wait actual 3 months to get proper resignation. They haven't yet updated my leaving date even after almost 4 months. When they said it'll take 2 to 3 months. I can't get my pf balance.

I like my job Because my branch is near to my residance, my teammates are very supportive. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that'sarkets reliable, high quality products and client base. The software system is very updated and very easy to handle. And skillful..

My salary is not sufficient for me.,as pharmacist.. Filling is very strict

1. Extra working hours 2. No compensation 3. Sales pressure 4. No flexibility 5. You don’t get even the leaves you have Job location is selected far from home city on purpose and you can’t even get a transfer to your home city . 6. The management is shit. 7. No one cares about your health and sometimes you have to do double shifts continuously as long as 18-19 hrs 8. You don’t get consistent week off or even you won’t get it sometimes. 9. No holidays for festivals and other things.

Only thing i liked about apollo pharmacy was, salary was on time... no delays in salary.

Dislikes

There are many things which I personally dislike with apollo, Every month sale pressure was increasing, whatever extra curricular activities, we have to perform extra duty hours like if a manager, dgm or anyone is visiting the store prior to that for more than 2 to 3 days we have to perform extra duty hours like our duty was 9 hours but we had to work 12 hours and even some days we have worked 13 hours also, there are still many things...but i don't want to share those...let it be

Nothing. Worst work culture. Rude staff. No benefits. They deduct salary even if you got absent for 1 day. S

Everything. I don't recommend apollo pharmacy for pharmacist as career. Worst work culture in Chandigarh apollo pharmacy. Incharge is very rude. Staff is very rude and mannerless. Cheap class. They don't even give 10% discount to customer on medicine. Their apollo brands are of cheap quality.
