As a jr. Pharmacist you don't get any respect so don't think of that .. you are pharmacist at your home not here..... Here everyone one knows better than you. You have to do Home delivery... Either you are B.pharm pharmacist or D.pharm .. no matter what you are .. keep that in mind . you will regret your decision after some time and questioning yourself why you have done pharmacy...just to be a delivery boy. Forgot about the incriment . If you are bachelor and not a settle person with wife and children... Take the risk.... learn from here and switch or else you'll get stuck with only 12k salary..and you are at your 30s you will only earn 20-25 k per month where others and your friends earn more than you... All the best...

They give salary on the date they say and monthly incentives will be based on the sales of the branch. You can learn combination of drug within 3 months, if you're interested.

It's amazing for beginners as well as experience employees.promotions and increments incentives everything is there for the employees.its comfortable role of job and secured job.

Salary growth is little bit that's only major problem that is may not sufficient for married employees.

Working time, also job role not satisfactory, salary is not an adjustable for a single person now a days. The HR department are behaving well, company not a staff favourable. Very worst company.
