...tly here and if shortage arises it will be deducted from the employees accounts. There's no comparison between the work one do and salary one recieve. Extra hours work and unusual rotational shifts will be there. Executives and incharges are worst at my site and all are cunning. Overall don't waste your valuable time by working in Apollo pharmacy. There will be no growth and development in one's life and there will be no holidays and company itself violates it's policies by harrassing the employees by not giving proper week offs and irritating them by unusual and stupid timings in order to strive for sale. All they wanted is sale no matter what employe undergo through. I've never seen such a worst management ever in my life and working in Apollo pharmacy is a real nightmare and I wish even my enemy should not face this worst and heinous management.

Good work environment and culture ,good team management , good salary ,and bonus Every year and free medicare to staff

It's hardworking to work in weekdays and any festivals but salary increasing in that time it's utilities

1. Extra working hours 2. No compensation 3. Sales pressure 4. No flexibility 5. You don’t get even the leaves you have Job location is selected far from home city on purpose and you can’t even get a transfer to your home city . 6. The management is shit. 7. No one cares about your health and sometimes you have to do double shifts continuously as long as 18-19 hrs 8. You don’t get consistent week off or even you won’t get it sometimes. 9. No holidays for festivals and other things.

Only thing i liked about apollo pharmacy was, salary was on time... no delays in salary.

Dislikes

There are many things which I personally dislike with apollo, Every month sale pressure was increasing, whatever extra curricular activities, we have to perform extra duty hours like if a manager, dgm or anyone is visiting the store prior to that for more than 2 to 3 days we have to perform extra duty hours like our duty was 9 hours but we had to work 12 hours and even some days we have worked 13 hours also, there are still many things...but i don't want to share those...let it be

Nothing. Worst work culture. Rude staff. No benefits. They deduct salary even if you got absent for 1 day. S

Everything. I don't recommend apollo pharmacy for pharmacist as career. Worst work culture in Chandigarh apollo pharmacy. Incharge is very rude. Staff is very rude and mannerless. Cheap class. They don't even give 10% discount to customer on medicine. Their apollo brands are of cheap quality.
