No strict time for the job, only 8 hrs. You work you will get the attendance, and salary on time.

Dislikes

Direct involvement of company owner for every department works even who will come is which shift also all manpower handling, every thing is handled by him, there is limited power of plant head and other incharges. There is designation doesn't matter, higher post people working in shift as an shift engineer, and engineers are doing management work. Overall terrible experience.

So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
