No co-operation as such in dept between colleagues. Too much of criticism. No IJP in this organisation unlike other sectors. No 1-1 sessions regarding any issues with the HOD/HR

Low salary, Lowest hikes (almost like nothing), Career growth- Nil, Internal politics, No recognition for Quality of work. Lot of work pressure as Management place limited staffs in each department.

Bad treatment of employees by some consultant doctors and some in managerial designations. This happens more with particular targeted employees low in hierarchy. Be more than 10 minutes late for work for more than 3 days, your pay is cut in half, same is true even if you are within 10 minutes late for more than 3 days, even though you stay back and compensate - they don't care (it's company policy).

Likes

The Hospital is well known for its fame. Prime care giver in the industry with state of art technologies. Open to feedback and improvements. Great working here as much more things can be learnt since its has its world class standards and principles.

Growth is awesome but compensation is very low.

Timely payment, learning opportunity from senior consultants. Able to treat patients with the help of required teams of specialties as needed.

Dislikes

Huge politics, low salary, administration is non co operative and desires work only superhumans can do.
