New joining and experienced staff have no more difference in salary. I think salary should be increased yearly and also as experience base after complete 3or complete 5 year can be more increment. This may make old staff happy or work more confidently productive and do best for the company.

... bad politics, management is not transparent. No cafeteria - eat where you work. Company policy is not stable it changes any time , THEY CAN CHANGE SALARY STRUCTURE ANY TIME WITHOUT EMPLOYEE CONSENT. There are no marketing activities inly sales work. HRs are not at all supportive. Worst organization

...no help. Employee treated as 3rd class people. Employee can be sacked anytime. The management do not value the salary agreement, it can be changed anytime. No promotions and growth.

It's good to work at Apollo hospitals but salary is too less it's been 4 years by working at Apollo hospitals still salary is 18k not even 20k

...o 10th and inter people and they treat them they are superior than pharmacist...bonus, promotions are only for them only....So dnt Join a pharmacist in Any Apollo outlet or Hospital based pharmacies...still you people likely to join then join as 10th or inter person you will get respect and promotions

Good environment around the hospital and work experience is not bad, learned many information about drugs and more.

...staff .but, some of them are encouraging rest of the people ??? No words to say.salary is not sufficient to anyone .
