... bad politics, management is not transparent. No cafeteria - eat where you work. Company policy is not stable it changes any time , THEY CAN CHANGE SALARY STRUCTURE ANY TIME WITHOUT EMPLOYEE CONSENT. There are no marketing activities inly sales work. HRs are not at all supportive. Worst organization

...no help. Employee treated as 3rd class people. Employee can be sacked anytime. The management do not value the salary agreement, it can be changed anytime. No promotions and growth.

On time salary payment.

Dislikes

Bad treatment of employees by some consultant doctors and some in managerial designations. This happens more with particular targeted employees low in hierarchy. Be more than 10 minutes late for work for more than 3 days, your pay is cut in half, same is true even if you are within 10 minutes late for more than 3 days, even though you stay back and compensate - they don't care (it's company policy).

Good food. Good patients and bystanders . I worked here for the patients.

Dislikes

...and queens. They makes us do all types of work. No respect for contract workers. Huge difference in salary for contract and permanent staff. One of main dislike is one permanent staff laughed at me thinking like I am poor pitty fellow. Permanent staff are terrible and thinking themselves that without them hospital will not run.

The hospital happen to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

No compensation. The work pressure is very high.I have to work 12-13hours straight in a day.As I have to attend clintcallsin the evening and sometimes late into the night.Manager do not value an individuals, that's.

No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate
