Salary and appraisal disappointed me.....I joined as a nursing supervisor on 31000 although I didn't get in salary increament till 2 years .....when I was on resignation period end of the 2 year....I got increament.......big disappointment...
...their their ESI have to have but supritendent say that hospital paying for you.
That is reason I am resigned from there worst hospital also when I resigned increment was not mentioned salary of last year payroll mentioned.
That was because Nursing Incharge(Mrs Narayani) not updated properly also not updated Punch attendance.
It's one of the greatest platforms to learn,improve and develop the clinical skills as a staff nurse as there are lot of patient with wide varieties of disease conditions.
... motivating when there is more respect to everyone without regards of seniority. The salary for all should have a basic as they conveyed while joining to be maintained. The mess at hostel should be as suitable for all staff is much more good, sometimes it focuses only on the majority staff at which location.
Not enough salary... the work pressure is very high... specially in night shift... but salary is very low as compared to other hospitals... so i dont recommend this hospital to anyone from salary point of view.. but for experience it is good if u are working in icu.. in ward there is lot of work pressure... u cant plan by your own... u hv to beg for everything so i dnt like it
Salary will be given at first. But OT overtime pay is not given .

...f ur not willing to do duty u can resign .mam is to rude nursing superintendent.they won't respond quickly,if any thing is not done or not arranged properly they ask u to shall I hold the salary .torcher
