Totally worst.

Dislikes

...their their ESI have to have but supritendent say that hospital paying for you. That is reason I am resigned from there worst hospital also when I resigned increment was not mentioned salary of last year payroll mentioned. That was because Nursing Incharge(Mrs Narayani) not updated properly also not updated Punch attendance.

There are no proper increments and salaries,20yrs experience people same salary and newly joined people also they offer same salary ..If anyone having 10 yrs experience outside and coming to join in Apollo,still they consider you in starting level.

Dislikes

New joining and experienced staff have no more difference in salary. I think salary should be increased yearly and also as experience base after complete 3or complete 5 year can be more increment. This may make old staff happy or work more confidently productive and do best for the company.

... motivating when there is more respect to everyone without regards of seniority. The salary for all should have a basic as they conveyed while joining to be maintained. The mess at hostel should be as suitable for all staff is much more good, sometimes it focuses only on the majority staff at which location.
