GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

- The shiny new office & infrastructure. - 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month is non-working. - Bus service from Boisar Station to Office in the morning & back to Boisar Station in the evening. - Average Canteen facility. - Supportive Colleagues

- The salary date is 10th of every month (in my opinion, it's too late but manageable). - After joining, the basic leaves (CL + PL / SL) will not be credited for 240 working days (i.e. almost 1 complete year). If you take leave during the 1st year of working, obviously it will be counted as LWP. Be careful ! - Company does not provide any Office Number. You will have to use your personal numbers to call the clients. My unsolicited advice: get an additional new number only for office work. - During your 1st year - Taking "1 day leave" means deduction of money for "1.5 days" (yes, additional salary for half day will be deducted). This is not written in joining letter, Be Careful ! - Every month, a "deposit amount" will be deducted (which is mutually agreed during interview). This deposit amount is only returnable (along with interest) if you complete 3 years. If you resign or they lay-off before 3 years, the amount deducted is non-refundable. Be careful ! - The Full & Final Payment is usually done by Cheque, which has to be "collected personally". I mean. this is the only company I know now, who has these type of F&F settlement method. In all other companies - it's Online (which is fast, hassle free and no personal collection required) - The location Boisar is too far away from Mumbai city (2 hours and 20 minutes via the Mumbai local). Even though everything is available in Boisar but if you're a person who used to live in cities, it's not a good option. Boisar is completely filled with Factories & pollution & few residential when compared with the main city obviously.

Gentle,Polite Knowledgeable HOD. Team unitiy. Strong support from Seniors so anyone can give their best to achive Targets..Lots of freedom during execution of projects. Mr.Yash Shah is CEO, a youth CEO, leading by 360 degree in organisation,No university stamp can give you best exposure like him.Excellent HOD. Very few organisations have supportive HOD,Front leading CEO.

Not single, but several factors which no sincere employees shall approve of. Additionally to above culture, Everyone working for this company is well aware of rampant corruptions to bribe their sole cosistent client officials of Indian Railways. Its only possible in India to approve products at Indian Railways without meeting its any of mandatory criteria required for IR critical requirements risking people travel with Indian Railways. Shame on me for being part of such company found involved in such unethical business with Indian Railways and encouraged Black Money Laundering through its Employees during demonetisation by Modi Govt.
