Management is in good hands but they have minimum to nil knowledge of anything related to medicine, so the RMP has to stay vigilant. Apollo is very proactive when it comes to keeping the Doctor up to date with the latest happenings in the field of medicine. Overall if you're a fresher/beginner who has just stepped out as a Junior Doctor, it's a good place to start.

Pay is decent but paid sick leaves and festivals do not exist for clinical staff.

ARROGANT MANAGEMENT, HIGHER MANAGEMENT IS TOTALLY EGOISTIC. INCREMENT BASED IN MOOD OF DIRECTORS. DOSE NOT PROMOTE OLD STAFF.NEW JOINED IS LESS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GET HIGHER SALARY FORM KNOWLEDGEABLE OLD STAFF.

dentists are treated worse, no increment,no hike event though working for more than 4years, they dont event settle the salary after leaving, we have to call them multiple times and they dont respond. very unhealthy, worst place ever to work. no health benefits

Good work enviroment and culture.Company Policies are good ,appraisals are fair they give good salary.

Dislikes

Thereis alot of politics and the management does not addressour issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Overall experience is really good with Apollo except the nursing salary which is really worst for the Balance life style, especially in Bangalore. I would recommend them to research about the nursing salary . Apart from that everything is really good with Apollo .
