Exploitative Salary Hike System – Their cycle for increments is in Jan, but they intentionally hire people between August and October. Why? So they can tell you, “You need one more year to be eligible for a hike.” Management Runs on Politics, Not Performance – If you’re hoping for fair treatment, forget it. The upper management only listens to leaderd/managers, who have been stuck in this company for over 10 years. No fresh ideas, no accountability—just a cycle of bad decisions. Zero Training, Full Expectations – They don’t bother to explain your work, but they expect you to finish it anyway. Confused? Too bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are far better opportunities out there—don’t waste your time here.
