Don't go for the brand, except for a few people there is zero contact with the Apollo main Brand. Culture is fake, Hire and Fire is rampant and kept under the rugs to hide the shortcomings of leadership Priorities change everyday, Some Product Leads and Heads pressure you to validate their high pay with zero contribution expecting juniors to take up all the slack through heavy micromanagement

...portunities as organisation aligns employees to certification/learning programs. Salary and appraisals are considerably better but it's completely based on performance.

> Very old school culture > HR are very rude. They dont hear any problems. They come in picture only during hiring and exit > Poor Work-Life balance. People at top are only concerned about growth so that they can continue getting their pay and other hefty benefits, while rest of the team is constantly forced to work overnight for presentations in the morning > Not a safe place if you are looking for some mental health

Everything. I was in product team. The product lead Rakesh Mallory didn’t know shit and used to pressurise the juniors to come up with innovative ideas. Heard he has moved to Zepto another toxic company good for him. Just don’t join you will regret. THEY ARE ALWAYS IN THE LOOK FOR FIRING. Imagine how you will work if there’s a sword hanging everyday. One tip. Whenever you are thinking of joining a company talk to its ex employees. They will give you the real picture

Good team, great learning, ownership of end to end delivery of projects. No office politics. Seems like a stable company.

Dislikes

Slowly transitioning to work from office. Higher management is too chill, bad for growth of the company. Since focus is on profitability, budget is low for appraisal/salary hike. Yearly promotion/appraisal cycle. Slow growth.
