...r the company to achieve all regulatory approvals and production but company is not interested even to pay salary and full and final settlement to their employees who left due to such financial problems of company and mismanagement even before 2 years.

...not think about employees at all, They doesn't even comply Indian labour law, EPF not credited even after deduction from salary, salary is not credited timely and without prior notifications, the arrears and full and final settlement also not paid for employees relived from company before 2 years, They are not answering and calls and mails. May bhagwan swaminarayan give them wisdom to atleast think about employees who have worked for them in overtime and without timely salary payout to achieve all the regulatory approvals and production.

Apnar pharma is a culture less organization. All unethical practices are there, company COO things that he is king and employees are his servant. Overall in my job tenure I don't have any good memories.

...n Apnar pharma. Senior management don't have any goal.Job Sequrity is not there. Any time they remove persons without any compensation. Overall company don't haven any vision or goal.

Worst company ever. Not doing payment timely after mailing so many payment reminder E-mails & calls. Pending dues from April-2022. No revert on mail or calls.
