Without validate Hr takes action against employees , HRBP part is dangerous for every employee, non performing candidates responsible for business down but Hr not takes any call against them

Just good with the appraisal part, remaining nothing can be termed as likeable here at Apna

Work Life Balance - 0 You have to work on Saturdays no matter what. At least 5-6 meetings/ day out of which most of them are just useless They have got a TT of 2.5 hrs in case you haven't completed the TT target you have to apply PL in order to compensate it. List just goes on and on so do not fall in trap to work here as there is a huge gap between the compensation you will get and the amount of work that you have to do on a daily basis. There are multiple companies who are still offering WFH like APNA so kindly apply there.

Leadership is directionless so u will get ample of time to have work life balance.

Growth opportunities are zero ,no incentive for sales and performer and non performing person will be counted as same .

I liked the work culture there. Everyone is very cooperative specially the TLs and the manager. It's a stress free working environment and also there are good opportunities there for growth.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I disliked about the company.
