Product range is good. However, APM facing hard times to maintain the full product range Good for freshers

Lack of employee empowerment i.e. delayed salaries and business expenses reimbursement Discrepancy in HR policies and leave policies Lack of trust towards employees Zero work life balance No new ideas or strategies will be entertained

Working culture on Shops are better than working Here. Whatever owner says is final. Dept heads are just for namesake & are puppets of Owner. No employee benefits like Annual Leaves(7-8 Annual only) Increment, Incentives etc. They just love to hold salaries & cut for any reason. Forced work, never ask employees for their suggestions or issues. Not following any Govt. Policies like PF, Maternity Leave, even work make employees work on National Holiday & if emp doesn't come they will cut the salary

I like the way of giving confidence & liberty to the employees to work and bring their ideas by the CEO. Co-workers are very co-operative and give full respect. Ample opportunity to explore new learning even from different departments. Stress free environment given from the end of the CEO.

Dislikes

Not exactly anything which is exceptionally unbearable.
