The management at APM is always open to feedback and provides opportunities for professional development. The work-life balance is also a major plus here. The leadership understands the importance of personal time and i feel respected in terms of maintaining a healthy balance between work and life.

Dislikes

although It's a fantastic company with a great culture and opportunities for growth. However, if APM were to shift to a more traditional workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off, it would significantly enhance the work-life balance and give employees more time to recharge and be motivated for long-term.

This is very little company and there management don't give you any thing like helping asst. No increment, working time is so bad.

This is my very bad experience in this company because here management don't whant to grow up I don't recommended to any one to join this company. Timeing is so bad , company wants extra expecting to all employees. Management not give you any support. No increment here, all terms in your offer is lie. Overall please dont join this company
